The idyllic shores of Puerto Rico provided the perfect backdrop for IBSA USA’s National Sales Meeting (NSM) 2024, held from March 10th to March 14th. With a theme of "Growing Stronger Together," this annual gathering brought together industry leaders, medical experts, and IBSA USA’s sales, business development, and marketing teams for a dynamic exchange of strategies aimed at propelling the company to new heights of success.
The event began with a series of welcome presentations delivered by IBSA USA’s executives including Nicholas Hart, CEO; Michael Scully, CCO; Carolyn Kong, PharmD, CMO; and Roberto Marrero, CFO. Their insightful remarks set a tone of unity and purpose, touched on IBSA’s product pipeline and exciting initiatives planned for 2024 and inspired the sales team to embrace a culture of collaboration and exceptional teamwork to achieve the company's ambitious goals. . We also had special guests attend from IBSA Corporate: Luca Grassi, CFO, and Claudio Lezzi, Head of Marketing.
Dr. Bruce Trippe, MD, FACE, took center stage during the NSM’s Medical Affairs “Fire Side Chat”. With decades of experience in diabetes management and thyroid health, the Montgomery, Alabama-based Endocrinologist, shared invaluable insights into the effective use of IBSA USA’s innovative products in the clinical setting and discussed FDA-approved label updates to one of IBSA’s leading products.
Each year, one of the most anticipated and memorable events is the presentation of IBSA’s annual Veloce Awards. These prestigious awards celebrate excellence in sales and recognize IBSA USA’s Top 10% Field Sales Representatives, Top Regional Sales Manager and Top Virtual Specialty Sales Representative. Recognizing these individuals for their outstanding contributions to IBSA USA is a highlight of our annual meeting, and we look forward to sharing photos from the field sales winners' award trip to Europe later this year.
