IBSA USA National Sales Meeting 2025: Imagine Big – Unlock Your Potential

During the first week of March, IBSA USA team members came together in the beautiful coastal city of La Jolla, California, for the much-anticipated IBSA USA National Sales Meeting (NSM) 2025. With the theme “Imagine Big – Unlock Your Potential,” this annual gathering brought field sales representatives from around the nation together with New Jersey-based home office personnel from the marketing, medical, business development, and market access teams for a dynamic week of learning, collaboration, and game-changing strategies.

The energy was palpable as the meeting kicked off with a vibrant welcome from IBSA USA’s California-based sales team, setting the stage for an unforgettable week ahead. Attendees were then captivated by an insightful and engaging panel discussion featuring valuable perspectives from IBSA USA’s executive leadership team, including Luca Crippa, Chief Commercial Officer of IBSA Corporate. We were also honored to have Marialuisa Fino, International Brand Manager for IBSA Corporate in attendance. Throughout the day, attendees learned more about the Company’s strategic vision, ambitious goals, and key initiatives for 2025 – all aimed at unlocking IBSA USA’s full potential.

During the meeting, IBSA USA announced the launch of its latest product and newest addition to its IBSA Care line of dietary supplements. The full IBSA Care line is available for purchase on Amazon.

A highlight of the National Sales Meeting was the presentation of the prestigious annual Veloce Awards, where IBSA USA honored top-performing sales professionals who exemplified resilience, dedication, and an unwavering drive for success. These awards recognize the top 10% of Field Sales Representatives, the Top Regional Sales Manager, and the Top Virtual Specialty Sales Representative. Congratulations to this year’s award winners for their exceptional dedication and contributions to IBSA USA’s ongoing success.
